1. SHIPPING:
a) All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, barring holidays, weekends or other closures.
b) Shipping method will be either Royal Mail, Parcel Post, or DHL, with expected delivery time of 1-4 business days from shipment.
c) If an item is damaged in shipping, Walking Oliver must be notified within 3 days of delivery. Your sales representative will provide instructions for receiving credit.
2. Free shipping for orders over £170.00.

3. PAYMENT TERMS:
a) All initial orders must be paid for at the time of order.
b) Net 30 day terms are granted upon an approved credit application.
4. RETURNS: After six months, unsold CDs may be exchanged for different titles.
